Here’s a great-looking recipe for no-bake energy bites (you could of course mold them into rectangular shapes and have them be no-bake energy bars). The problem is I have no idea what ground flaxseed is…
It seems like they’d be great climber fuel for breakfast or at the crag, though they might fall apart on super hot days.

morning in review
Got rear ended on the way to work. No damage, just a major wake up call. Paid $150 in speeding tickets. Still have not been paid for the free lance gig i did a month and a half ago and now its off to lunch.

gym night
was effing awesome. Got to hang out with some good friend i had not seen in a minute. Climbed an 11b, then got all techy on 6. I tried my lead climbing test again, got up 6 bolts then fell sadly. Then i finished up on my favorite 10 b. All of this in about an hour. PMA
